If you’ve spent any time in Loreto, you know the view of the night sky can be amazing. Stars, planets and even the International Space Station flying overhead can be easily seen. While we can’t see the ISS easily during the daytime, it can shoot some amazing photos from space.

The image at the top of this post shows a good portion of Baja California Sur and I’ve put a small red circle around the Loreto area. This photo and thousands more can be found for most any location on earth. Visit the ISS Photo Explorer site and click on a location to see pictures of that area.
